Green Zebra Harvest
When ripe, Green Zebra tomatoes have an orangey-pink undertone
behind their characteristic green, vertical stripes. Inside,
their flesh is a light, yellowish green that surrounds dark
green seed chambers.
Their taste is delicious, tangy like a cherry tomato with the depth
of flavor one usually associates with a larger, ripened red tomato.
