Get them in the [RPMs] section of the site.&#xA;&#xA;If you&apos;re wondering why the heck you would use this thing, do yourself a favor:  Put away the overly complex {link:W3C XML Schema Language|http://www.w3.org/XML/Schema} and start using {link:RELAX NG|http://www.relaxng.org/}. There&apos;s a reason it&apos;s pronounced ~~relaxing.~~&#xA;It&apos;s sane, sensible, and readily understandable.  It even has a {link:formal semantics|http://www.relaxng.org/spec-20011203.html#semantics}.  Now, isn&apos;t that refreshing? </s:content>
