New RPMs: Emacs RNC-mode

I just made Fedora Core 3 RPMs for David Rosenborg's major mode for editing RELAX NG compact-syntax XML schemata. Get them in the RPMs section of the site.

If you're wondering why the heck you would use this thing, do yourself a favor: Put away the overly complex W3C XML Schema Language and start using RELAX NG. There's a reason it's pronounced relaxing. It's sane, sensible, and readily understandable. It even has a formal semantics. Now, isn't that refreshing?
