New Yum repo and RPMs for Web Authoring System Haskell

I have packaged up the complete set of Web Authoring System Haskell libraries ("WashNGo") into one convenient, ready-to-roll RPM file. See RPMs for more.

On a related note, I have moved my RPMs out of SnipSnap and into a real Yum repository. That means you can add my "repo" to your yum.conf file and let Yum worry about dependencies and downloads for you. Again, the RPMs section of the site has the details.
